With over 35 years experience in the construction industry, Sentry Services professional staff is committed to serving our clients needs from conceptual design through completion of their construction projects.  

Sentry Services is experienced with expertise in a wide range of construction projects including Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Retail Facilities, Medical Facilities, and Schools.

As the owners’ representative, Sentry Services works in harmony with Architects, Engineers, and Builders.  We visit the construction sites on a weekly basis observing the construction in progress is in accordance with the intent of construction documents.   We weekly report our findings directly to the owner with written field observation reports and accompanying photo’s.   We visit with the Builders and Subcontractors during our on weekly site observation tours noting any concerns or issues they might have and proactively submit them to the architects and/or engineers to address. 

Sentry Services will attend monthly Owner/Architect/Builder meetings to review the progress of the work-in-place and discuss any concerns or issues at hand.  At the appropriate time when the project is nearing completion Sentry Services will accompany the architect in an exhaustive inspection of punch list items to be corrected or completed by the Builders and/or Subcontractors prior to approval of final payment.
