12 Point Service Plan

Sentry Services provides a variety of services in meeting our clients' needs through a strategic alliance with Architects, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, and Builders.   We enable our clients to select the services which best suits their situation by offering the following services.

Sentry Services will assist the owner in the solicitation and selection of Architectural and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering services.

Sentry Services will work with the Owner and Architect during the design development stages of the project in an effort to minimize project costs.

Sentry Services, as an option, has teamed up with TBM Consulting Group to provide Six Sigma Lean evaluations and assessments.  . 

Sentry Services will provide Pre-Bid review of Site and Architectural Building Plans when the Bid Documents are at or near 80% completion.

Sentry Services will document and catalog pre-construction site photographs of existing site and/or building conditions prior to start of construction; aerial photo’s optional. 

Sentry Services will attend Bid Openings and Pre-Construction Conferences as the owners’ representative, and work with the Architect, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, and selected Builders to minimize project costs through Value Engineering.

Sentry Services will document and report job site observations with accompanying photographs to the owner and/or architects on a weekly or regular basis throughout the project. 

Sentry Services will collectively analyze time lines associated with the transfer and dissemination of time sensitive information and submittals between architects, builders, and owners to identify and catalog trends in deliverables that may adversely affect substantial completion of the project on time.

Sentry Services will review and make recommendations to the owner on payments of Architectural fees, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering fees, and Builders Applications for Payment.  

Sentry Services will assist the Architect in the preparation of Punch List items to be repaired and/or completed by the Builder prior to final acceptance of the project.

Sentry Services  will upon request review Final Close-Out Documents for completeness prior to the owners’ acceptance and final payments on the project.

Sentry Services will provide professional 3rd party testimony during arbitration or litigation proceedings if required.
