Professional Staff:

Don Schroeppel is the sole proprietor and owner of Sentry Services and comes to you with over 35 years of experience in managing and overseeing construction projects ranging from small projects to multi-million dollar projects.  Don is a 1990 Graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) with major course studies in General Business Administration and Construction Engineering Technology.  

Don was previously a Commercial General Contractor of fourteen years and has seventeen years experience managing and overseeing construction of multi-million dollar Educational and Healthcare Facilities throughout Iowa and Nebraska.   

 

Elayne Larson is our Account Service Coordinator and comes to us with several years of accounting, payroll, and tax preparation experience. 

Elayne collectively manages informational data and prepares the field observation reports and presentations that help to keep the projects on track
